More holiday momories!

We have been getting in the spirit of the season here and Josie has been enjoying herself quite a bit. Every chance she gets she is playing dress up with her Christmas outfits and putting on her Santa hat and Reindeer antlers.

Here she is in a new sweater dress. She can only use it on colder days here because it's so warm but she loves trying it on.

Below is a day when she played dress up. She wanted to piut one of her summer dresses over her clothing so I figured why not. Then a backpack and Santa hat finished the outfit.

She found this and asked for me to put it on her head. Doesn't she look cute? I tried to put her to work dusting but she wasn't interested.

Josie's first nightgown. I know it's a little big but she'll grow into it in no time. Isn't she adorable?

Red antlers don't allow her to play hide and seek all that well I guess.

Doesn't she just look like little miss innocent? God only knows what she's plotting in that little head of hers.

Here she is on her new little platform so she can help me in the kitchen. We are going to make cookies for Santa before Christmas.

We hope everyone has a happy holiday! We will post more pictures soon.

The holidays are upon us!

We set up the tree and Christmas decorations over the last few days. All of the excitement seemed to make Josie start feeling better. She has has a cold for the last week and a half.
This is a series of pictures of Josie admiring the tree and running around the house excited with her Santa hat on.

Halloween 2010

We had a great Halloween this year. We started celebrating the weekend before at a hot air balloon party where Rich won the costume contest. Then we went to a farm and went pumpkin picking. We tried to get a small pumpkin for Josie to carry but she got tired. We had kettel corn and lemonade at the farm, it was a lot of fun.
We continued on Friday, October 29th at the MyGym Halloween party where Josie won the little kids costume contest. Then on Halloween we went to Foothills Mall where they were having some events. We watched a puppet show and went trick or treating. Then we went to a neighborhood for real trick or treating. We only went to a few houses but we wanted Josie to have the whole experience. It was a great weekend and Josie loved getting dressed up.

Random Josie Moments!

So Josie is starting to do really well with her fork and spoon. Thanks to Cortney, watermelon has become one of her favorite fruits.

We bought some bows for Josie's hair to go with some of her new dresses. She wanted me to put them all in at the same time. She also picked where I should pit them. She is such a ham.

I love the expression on her face. It's like Kung Fu baby.

Where did her arms go?

We believe Josie is a little OCD. She takes things out of the cabinets and is very particular about where things are placed.

One of her favorite new games is hide n seek. Her favorite place to hide is her closet.

Here she is on her rocking horse that Rich's Grandfather made her. She can already climb onto it all by herself.

Her first official ponytail.

With her Daddy on his birthday. She is still mesmerized my the candles and will not help blow them out.
